Julia has over ten years’ experience in the hospitality industry, having worked at a variety of venues across Scotland, as well as a year spent working in Melbourne, Australia. Her background ranges from pubs and cocktail bars to fine dining and seafood restaurants, including Glasgow’s Crabshakk and Melbourne establishment Movida Next Door.
In addition to being a highly proficient waitress, bartender and barista she has extensive management and training experience and loves nothing more than the camaraderie of working within a close-knit team.
